Goal is an alternative to existing Pilot kites (1/4 the weight, higher flying angle, proportionally more lift in lighter winds).

Leading edge flap:
Wider?. More or less taper to tips?  Wider at half span but narrower in centre?
Is softer and lighter better?

Bungy auto adjuster:
More range or less range (currently 50mm)?
Stiffer or softer bungy?
Two rate bungy (one loose to begin with)?

Leading edge bridles relative to each other:
Collapse should progress from tips in- centre collapse is often unrecoverable?
Not optimal now- try toothpicks larks headed to bridles that might support shortening.

Main tip bridles:
Lengthen LE tip bridles or shorten TE ones by 10mm -20mm?

Bridle cord:
Are the bridles on Scott’s kite too light (stretchy)?

Tail weight:
What is the optimum tail weight for best light wind flying?
Does tail weight cause figure eighting in stronger winds (suspect it might)?

Leading edge bridles to main bridles adjustment:
Try ring adjuster instead of knot on leading edge bridles.

Nose:
Blunter better?
